Premiums resume April 1, 2024. Notices were mailed to families on March 1, 2024. Invoices will be mailed in April 2024. Make a payment online by using the "Online Premium Payment" link below on the right, or pay by check or money order to the address on the invoice. Call the WVCHIP HelpLine with questions at 1-877-982-2447.

WVCHIP is currently having technical difficulties for some members to pay their premiums online. Please note that medical coverage will not be affected by this issue. Members may continue to try paying their premiums online periodically or can mail a check to the following address: WVCHIP, PO Box 40237, Charleston, WV 25364-0237 and be sure to write the account number/Guardian PIN on the check so that your payment will be credited to the correct account. If you do not know your Guardian PIN or Child PIN that are needed to make a payment online, please call our Helpline at 1-877-982-2447. Thank you for your patience.
